Duncan and Helen,

We just wanted to send you a note to say a huge thank you for all your help with our wedding in September. Right from day one you really listened to what we wanted and devised the perfect menu for us. We knew right from the start that this important part of our day was in safe hands.

Your help with the logistics and sharing your experiences were invaluable - far beyond what we expected from our caterers. You go above and beyond and it felt like nothing was too much for you, including getting a baked lemon cheesecake recipe all the way from New York!

On the day the food was perfect and you dealt with our 130 guests in a very professional and friendly manner - all of our guests commented on how good the food was, in particular the crackling and the cheesecake! Also thanks for understanding that I needed things to keep my mind occupied on the Saturday morning, I very much appreciated you letting me help you out to calm the nerves!

Please also pass on our thanks to Colin, your maitre d, what an added bonus he was! You, him and your team ensured that the whole day ran so smoothly (including dealing with the last minute change of plans to an indoor reception!) and we cannot thank you enough - it was like having more friends there to celebrate with us!

I would not hesitate to recommend you to any individual or company requiring a high standard of personal catering and naturally we will wish to use White Rose again when the oppurtunity arises.
