White Rose Caterers based near Skipton , North Yorkshire was established 30 years ago, by Howard Pallister and David Statt, Howard and David left the Savoy Hotel in London to return to Yorkshire, where they developed a reputation for delivering fine food and impeccable service, catering for all events. In 2007 the boys decided to take it easier and White Rose Caterers began a new chapter. With the arrival of new owners, Duncan Collinge and Helen O’Hara.

Duncan has worked in some of the best kitchens in Europe. He spent 8 years with the renowned Roux brothers, working in the 3 Michelin starred Le Gavroche, London. For the last 9 years he has been living and working in the Lake District, where he spent 2 years as Head Chef at the award winning gastro pub “The Punchbowl” in Crosthwaite, before moving onto The Lakeside Hotel, as Executive Chef he developed an outstanding, much celebrated menu reflecting his passion for local produce and excellent food.

Helen has worked mainly Front of House in hospitality care for over 20 years, in some of the best 3 and 4 star hotels in London, Glasgow and the Lake District. She will ensure that your event runs smoothly and successfully.
